WHAT TO EXPECT?
With over 10 years of training and experience working with both children and adults you can expect a non-judgmental safe space to share whatever is on your mind. I am Rebecca, a dedicated qualified counsellor; also a member of both the BACP and BPS. Working in a humanistic way and led by the client. At times I will work with cognitive behavioural therapy, a psychodynamic approach & transactional analysis. With therapy, one size does definitely not fit all so it is important we work together in a way that suits you. One of the most unique parts of the therapy is the relationship between the client and counsellor. In our first session we will go through what you want to gain from the therapy in a safe and confidential space. Therapy has a different meaning for everyone. I'm interested in what it would mean for you and what you need from our sessions together.

Sessions will typically take place on a weekly basis and last for 50 minutes. The sessions are open ended and you can stop the sessions at any point. Sessions are priced at £50 and this is payable via cash on the day of the appointment or by BACS in advance of the session. Couples sessions are typically priced at £80 for a 50 minute session however I am flexible if a longer session is needed. In regards to cancellation, 48 hours notice is required or the full fee is payable. I do also offer low cost spaces, pop me a message to find out more.
